Celebration of the Summer Solstice in Youngstown, Ohio at tue OCHHA Service Headquarters.
Yukahu gives us daily blessings as we continue with our earthly struggles. Come and join us and share and share with your relatives. Bring your drums and gourds and join with the Caney Spiritual Circle, Ohio Bohio Atabey , UCTP(United Confederation of Tainos), La Organizacion Civica Cultural Hispana Americana and other Tainos of the Ohio Valley and points west. The Ohio Bohio covers from Pittsburgh to Wisconsin. The Grandmother of the Bohio Atabey will be joining us for spirituality, Taino education, ceremony and the Peace and Dignity Run. Brothers and Sisters join together to celebrate with us, our Indigenous traditions and the Love we can give our children and each other as our ancestros taught us. Directions: From the Pittsburgh and the East follow directions to Ohio, follow 76West to 680 North to Youngstown, exit at the Struthers exit , left on to Midlothian Blvd, get on Right lane , turn right on Shirley Rd.(there's a light there); immediately turn left onto the OCCHA Center. Bring food to share with your relatives. Hahóm for the invitation, Itou. My family and I would love to be able to physically attend but we cannot make the trip to Ohio from Borikén at this time. However, we will be with you all in Spirit and we send you our Love, Blessings and Good Wishes. We know that a wonderful time will be had by all.
