Event Description

You are invited to a celebration in honor of those who have gone ahead of us to the other side.

If you like, please bring a photo of your departed loved one to hold during the ceremony.

Also please bring some small token that reminds you of that person, a note with the lyrics to their favorite song or poem, a photocopy image of a favorite pet or car, or even an extra photocopy image of that person that you don't mind parting with.

We will respectfully place these objects in the sacred flames with copal incense and flowers as we pray in honor of these people's souls.

We seek to bring the presence of our departed ones ever closer to us as we walk throughout our own lives.

Please bring drums and or rattles if you have them

Please bring a covered dish to share after ceremony

Hahóm for the invitation, Guatiao.  My family and I would love to be able to physically attend but we cannot make the trip to Pennsylvania from Borikén (aka Puerto Rico) at this time.  However, Querido Hermano, we will be with you all in Spirit and we send you our Love, Blessings and Good Wishes.  We know that a very special and memorable time will be had by all.
