The only Taino Fall Equinox ceremony in New York State that I am aware of at this particular  time is being celebrated by the Maisiti Yukayeke Taino in New York City on September 20

PLEASE COME FOR THIS SPECIAL CELEBRATION.. As MAISITI YUKAYEKE TAINO Begins our 25th year.. AAARRREEEYYYTTOOO!!!!! Bring your  Drums, Rattles , guamos Etc   Edwin Cedeno  { Guakokio gua teketa Maguey  } will come down from CT to Drum for us.. its going to be great!!!

You are lovingly invited to Mi Bohio on Saturday, September  20th to celebrate the Fall Equinox  in Taino tradition. Our KacikeRoman Guaraguaorix Perez will be conducting the traditional rituals for the celebration. Along with Bohike Miguel Sabaoko Koromo ....

This will be our Maisiti Yukayeke Taino gathering for the month of June. As always any food offerings are welcome for the Pot luck but dont let this keep you from coming your presence is more important!!

Thank you so much for the offer. I am only 30 minutes from Kingston,NY. I am planning to make the trip to the city for the event but I will keep you in mind for the future.
