We celebrated a Taino Caney Circle Crossing-over ceremony for a dear Cherokee sister Gail, who was a close friend of our Youngstown, Ohio-based Caney Circle Behike, and UCTP representative, the Boricua Taina, Dr Rose Xochitl Anao Quinones. In this image Caney Circle Behike Miguel Sague presents Behike Rose with the memory table that bear the hanging higuera and the clay bowl that contain the ashes of the ceremony's cremation guatu fire. Behikes Rose and Miguel sit near the traditionsl Caney Circle altar which features a Taino four directions circle inspired by similar four direction circle images drawn on caves by ancient Tainos in Dominican Republic.

This is an image of a legitimate ancient Taino pictograph in a cave in Dominican Republic showing two medicine hoops with four directions markings.
This is a modern-Day ceremony of the contemporary Dominican Republic cultural tradition known as AGUA DULCE in which a medicine wheel circle is drawn on the ground using corn meal.
These images are from photos posted by Dominican Taino kasike Jorge Estevez in Facebook
Good to show the source of some of our practices,as here, the evidence comes form the Dominican Republic,Quiskeya.
