- About Me:
- My name is Ashley. I am 25 years old, born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and living in Miami. I was brought up with stories of my indigenous roots. The most important of these were stories of my great grandmother: a tall, dark woman with straight black hair and a love for growing her own medicinal herbs. I want my heritage to be more than just a story. I want it to be part of my identity. I want to know who I am in relation to my ancestors.
