I live in the states, I am a puerto rican activist who advocates for human rights. My advocacy started when my son was denied fape, a free an appropriate education under IDEA, Individuals with disabilities act.

Research Interests:

I read everything I can get my hands on. I care mostly about education which eludes many of us, NCLB. Next would be health care. Most of all, I care about our civil rights and reforming a corrupt system which is full of platitudes and catchy phrases that line the pockets of special interest.
