Ta'kahi Guatiao!
It is a small thing, but today I put a pouch of tobacco in my pocket. I was not planning to do ceremony, but I simply wanted to have access to the sacred way of giving thanks, as the opportunity arose - offering tobacco to all the dear Cemis and Hupia that bless our lives.
It is a gentle feeling, having the pouch in my pocket, but I have found that, throughout the day, the Tobacco Being reminded me of living life in Hahom, in gratitude for all situations and for all those with whom we share life.
Taino ti,
Mucaro Iere Areito
