We are very resourceful, and one winner as indigenous peoples is connecting each other.
However, many times because of logistical problems, we tend not to connect and share. I do not say this as lip service, but because I have actual experience.
Today, with the many requirements within our communities, we need to establish a strong network which can benefit us all. Thankfully, we now have the internet which we use.
In Moraro, we are preserving our traditional culture from within our own homeland. Our efforts are very rewarding. These are exciting times for us and we would like to share with you the work that we do.

It might interest you that we are planning a 'meet' in Guyana next year. Caribbean indigenous peoples (hopefully from all the countries) would be attending. Will keep you all posted. Dousabo (bye) for now.
With much respect,I say "thank you" for that most important reminder for us to connect and share in order to create strength and unity,to make a difference in our communities, our Taino Family! Be well,

Strange! But I have to comment on my own post. I was just checking that the links were working. Unfortunately they were not. So I am now posting them again http://www.indigenous-rainforest-keepers.com/our-team.html
