Hello, my name is Ron Costello and I am a member of the network. I saw that you have written a page about the Taino and I have read it. I am writing a novel about Columbus's first voyage and I have many chapters about the Taino on Haiti. I want to represent the Taino well, and I would like to use the information from your page in my book. Would you give me permission to do that and/or would you work with me in portraying the Taino in the book? Thank you. My email is roncostello@mail.com
Hi, Brooke! It was great meeting you in person yesterday and thank you for showing me around and introducing me to everyone. I had such a great time and it was a beautiful experience for me and my family. Hopefully I'll be able to attend more events in the future. Blessings

Hey, I didn't see you in class Thursday. Is everything ok ? BTW do you know what institution we're supposed to register under for the Citi Program site ? I don't see BC or CUNY listed anywhere.
Is it just me, or are some people's names in this network starting to turn into sentences? I am pretty sure that is actually not a Taino native thing, which is kind of funny.
If this keeps up, my name will become: "It's a network administrator thing and you wouldn't understand" which is accurate, because some really don't understand, lol.
Ha!! Yeah I figured I was going to get hurt. But wow I just read some of the post. Talk about people turning things into something its not. I actually dont understand why thy are offended. You did a good thing for me. You opened my eyes to something that I was doing. I appreciated and leanred. But these folk are going bananas. I dont get it.
Spellcheck really were? I ve looked for it cant find it.
