About Me:
I am writing up my PhD dissertation in Caribbean archaeology at Leiden University, The Netherlands. Title is: Blood is thicker than water: Amerindian occupation and the intra- and inter-insular relationships on the Windward Islands.
It's basically a study of pre-Colonial site patterns and ceramic style distribution.
Occupation:
Lecturer in archaeology, Faculty of Archaeology, Leiden University
Education:
MA Leiden University (2003)
PhD Leiden University (2008?) ;)
Research Interests:
Site patterns, settlement archaeology, ethnography and ethnohistory of the Circum-Caribbean, ceramic style, visual messaging, island societies

sorry it took so long to reply i have been out of town and quite busy. Thank You for the congrats, i look forward to our future 'collaborations'. I am soliciting advice from old veterans like yourself concerning transitioning to Leiden and especially about finding a good apartment. any help would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. what's this business about you doing fieldwork? I thought you only required a decent armchair for your ruminations... ;)
