Profile

About Me:
I a May-Lenca Indigenous from Honduras, Central America living in Albuquerque, NM US. My family brought me up with the teachings of the ancestors and guidance on the spieritual path of the people. I believe rather than a legislative law the best way is to educate each to the culture and the reason why we as pure indegenous people need to exist. We are the caretakers of Mother Earth and to have a sense of connection an responsibility to our ancestors. This are the reasons I was given
in it was not so much about who you fell in love if that happen is ok. But with I would have never because of my teachings ever reproduced with another race with the Western mentality because they would not be able any longer to understand the people and the ancestor or the responsibilities to the earth. People of mix race have no center they are confused but can live well if choose well. But for us native indigenous people they are still killing us so is important not to mix but It must come from the heart and the teachings not from law. The key issue is if all get mixed there will no people left to really take the responsibility for living in balance, not priorities toward greed and having not wisdom to how we need to live. The other races specially those colonized into the destruction learning which has caused the problems that we now have with globalization, and the destruction of environment are a dangerous mix. We indigenous people have to survive to be voice of mother Earth and to model another way of balance and respect for all relations. I had no question in my mind that I love all people but that my responsibility to my people and my ancestors and Creator was not produce children who would not have the sence of spirit, protection of the Earth and living in balance within them. Indigenous people are different and when we mix we loose that inner balance unless the spirit is strong and there are not many of those. All the years I have been in America I have gone home every two years to insure not getting lost from center and way of life.
