  SPIRITUAL CIRCLE, a spiritual organizaion dedicated to the promotion 
 of sacred Indigenous traditions of the Caribbean and Central America.\
 nWe will be going into the kansi Sweatlodge at approximately 5:00 PM\n
 Please bring two towels and change of clothing. The interior of the sw
 eatlodge gets very humid and you will get very wet and warm while insi
 de. You will need to dry off and change after the ceremony.\nPlease fa
 st for at least four hours before the ceremony, preferably all day.\n\
 nWe request that you bring a covered dish or other food or drink for g
