If/when people respond I'd like to give everyone enough time so like August when it's a bit cooler? Would people be interested in Philadelphia? There are a lot of pow-wows in my area in the summer (Northeast New Jersey) because there is so much space there.
I can make a ton of saltfish, frybread/bake/bannock/etc and cassava dishes if anyone is interested? Not sure from which islands you are all from but I think we all have similar foods? We can just bring together different foods and dance a little. Maybe even set up camp, there are a lot of campgrounds.
