Jeffry thanks so much for joining, it's great to have you here. Supposedly, I am the admin for this network, but with my regular absence these days I might not be of much use. Nonetheless, if you run into any troubles using the site, please let me know, and I will do whatever I can to help. In the meantime, a very warm welcome!

Hello Jeffrey! Thank you for your kind words! Thank you for reading the posts!-it seems there are only a few of us that have a real desire to learn and to share, huh? You are very lucky to be so close to Beike,I really wish I could be,it almost happened 4 years ago,but the little house next to his that I was going to rent was damaged by some water pipes, and that opportunity was lost. I do live in a beautiful area,Beacon ,NY,and before that 15 minutes from Woodstock,NY. Anyway, hopefully I will be going to Pittsburg at some not to distant future if I pass my Beike requirements!    Taino ti brother, and I look forward to meeting you-and ,you are always welcomed here in Beacon. Blessings !
