About Me:: I was born and raised in Cuba, moved to Glasgow, Scotland when I was 11 years old. For years I have felt the grief of moving away from my family without knowing what it was. In the past couple of years I've deepened my communion with spirit, my ancestors and heritage. Uncovering that the Taino people, our people, still live through us has completely rocked my world!!! The narrative that they were extinct lived so strongly within me. I'm so happy to have found this website and other friends that I can share about this experience with.
