Im member of the UCTP. Born and raice in Las Piedras PR. Both my parents are from Las Piedras. Work for the Fderal Emergency Management Agency. I was a pastor and a Chaplain for various years for the United Church of Christ.

Occupation:

Disaster Recovery Coordinator, Tribal Liaison and Equal Rights Officer.

Education:

Have a BA Business Administration and a Master in Theology. ALso studies on Chaplaincy. Im an Ordain Minister in PR and recognized by The National Council of Churches.
