About Me:
I am an Indigenous woman from the Serpent River First Nations in Ontario Canada. I am an Anishinabec (Ojibway woman, mother and grandmother.
At present I am a university student in the M.S.W. Indigenous program & field of study. I enjoy learning and challenges and positive change.

I graduated with my B.S.W. and was a front line worker for eleven years and returned back to university to get my degree MSW....
Research Interests:
My masters degree is in research. The program is teaching students how to do research from an Indigenous
perspective and re-writing and researching our history..

    Fasting... not for me. All the best on that one. Just make sure you drink plenty of water. I'm keeping busy over here. I'm putting together a very small book, about 20 pages or so. Nothing much, really. I'm just itching to go out and shoot again. My camera is getting lonely. Have a good summer. I get to spend mine with my son. Arrrgh! Nine year olds get bored so easily! -Koa-
