As it happens, there is a wonderful lady that lives here in Miami called Grandmother Mildred Karaira. She is from Boriken (Puerto Rico). She is the local representative of the United Confederation of Taino People in the South Florida region, and is a healer. She is available on facebook. I connected another young Cuban sister with her some months ago who was having health problems and it is almost miraculous how much better the young woman was doing this past weekend when I saw her! I look forward to staying in touch with you my brother. We Cubans who identify as Tainos are few and far between and so we must make ourself visible in the Taino Resurgence Movement.
