I am a spanish/indian. My grandfather is a Venezuelan and my grandmother was half carib/amerindian.

I got involve with the CAC last year when my brother had to do some resreach on the indigenous people of the West Indies.

I thought that it was interesting learning about my ancestors so I decided to sign up for the newsarticles and since then I have been a member.

    Question by saying that your spanish. Do you mean that your venezuelan? I mean cause for all we know what you consider to be spanish could also have ameridian ancestory.

    Intersting. So in other words both your grandparents are of indigenous admixture but they are called spaniords. That doesnt surprise me. For some reaseon regardless of what part of our continent we come from. If we have another admixture we are told we are spaniords but not indians.

    Its sad how we are denied.
