- In Bahamas there is little to no accurate information on our ancestry. I personally feel a calling to engage with my roots, but id like to first find out what those are, and the closest ive come is the Taino, and have been trying to get in contact with somebody who is more knowledgable on the topic. I have been reading and watching, however i am hesitant to really engage due to the respect i have for cultures and the practices that they have.... so here i am trying to learn more about Tainos, their culture, practices, herbology and everything that comes with it. im hoping this can be a good start.
