I'm a native american potter, my people are the taino arawack people who lived in the greater antillian islands in the caribbean,and in particular my native ancestors the Taino people of the island of Boriken ( P.R.) I specialize in the traditional Taino capa - style bowl and contemporary Taino pots. I have been praticeing the traditional coiling methods of creating Taino pots for the past 5 years and using the clay of the island and also creating my ancestors pottery using the potters wheel and industrial clay and modern methods
