Thanks for the information. It was very enlightening. I will share it with my parents. My father is a descendant of 2 tribes - Wapishana and Tarum and my mother of Wapishana. My Dad is from Aishalton, South Rupununi Region 9 and my mother is from the Awarawanau Village, South Rupununi. They both speak the Wapishana dialect, but I know just a little bit of the dialect.
