    Brothe Garald,

    In 1796 the British sent their best General Ralph Albercrombie with 15,000 troops with the mission to annihilate the Garifuna (black Carib) resistance in Saint Vincent.  All because other island were starting to show act of rebellion.We were sent int exile in 1797, and Haiti gained independence within few years.
    I also think of the possibility of Black Carib participation in Haiti's revolution.
