About Me:
I am Natasha Garcia. My native taino name is Hura Ana. I am very blessed to be on a very spiritual journey meeting other tainos in the process. My tribe is Ma'Ocunocu Taino Tribe of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. These people are very loving, caring, noble, and trusting human beings.
There is nothing for ego, gain, or money involved. It is simply to learn our ancestors ways, keeping their traditions alive through the sharing of stories, and keeping up on our spiritual ways as well.
I was very blessed from the creator with a gift of seeing and being told events of the future, and spirits to guide me on this special journey.
Occupation:
Working for the creator and learning the ways of my ancestors to teach my children as well
Research Interests:
Finding out the truth behind our people and learning more about the spiritual world

Good day,
I picked interest in you after going through your short profile and demanding it is necessary for me to write to you immediately. I have something very important to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on (ronaldmorr001@gmail.com) for full details.
Best regards,

So here’s the thing;

I’m a 66 year old Boricua who was born in “El Barrio” NYC. That’s 99th St. & 2nd Avenue for those who are not clear where “El Barrio” is.

At this late stage of my life, I’m really trying to connect with “like-minded” individuals who consider themselves “Expatriates.” I know the literal translation of expatriate is someone who was born in one country, but currently lives in another country. However, in researching the definition of “Expatriate,” I’ve found that it is really up to individual interpretation! So, that being said, I consider myself “Puertoriqueño” by virtue of the fact that my parents were both born in Puerto Rico, migrated to the US, and I was born in NYC. Not my fault, not my choice, but there’s are millions just like me, so it is what it is.

As a recent member of the Indigenous Caribbean Network, I’d like to connect and interact with other “Boricuas” in my geographic. I live in Southern NJ. I own a 1 1/2acre farm with a 100+ year old home. To provide some context; I grew up on the streets of El Barrio (1965-1975), was in the drug game (1975-1990), went to prison (1990-1994), saw the light, and worked in non-profit (1994-2006) trying to give back and reconcile my past with my present. I became semi-retired after working in Camden, NJ for 3 years.

So that’s the long and the short of my life. I want to connect with other Boricuas in my geographic.

HOW’S ABOUT A REACH OUT!!!

We can take it from there if you’re feeling adventurous!!!

Takaji (Greetings) sister

It was great to receive your message that you were going to try to attend our Venus Transit event at the Mesa in western Pennsylvania. I am not sure where you live and if it is convenient for you to make the trip here on that day It will be great to welcome you here. But if the distance from your area to ours here makes the trip impractical we will still hold a place for you here in our prayers and meditations and you will be here with us in spirit anyway. Many Blessings Migue
