cultural beliefs and sacred ways of our people!!!!

On Monday, I go out into the wilderness and will be experiencing my first four day fast.
The fast is a part of the Indigenous Masters Program. I will be praying for all nations during my fast.
Our families, our communities, our leaders, and hope to be connected to the spiritual world.
I am honoured to be a part of this four day fast. It is a time to reflect and be greatful for all the nuturing
and gifts I received from my "MOTHER EARTH". It is a way to give back something in appreciation of what I have received in my life. To me, this is very humbling and spiritual and those of you who follow these sacred ways know this.
I ask for your prayers during this time to provide my spirit the strength, teachings and wisdom are granted to me during this time. I will be praying for all nations and that means you. This will be much appreciated.

Thank you,
Rain...

Tau Sister
Know that you will be in our prayers here in Pittsburgh and I will also mention your sacred journey at our Solstice Ceremony on the 20th in Youngstown, Ohio when we gather with our Taino relatives.
