- My family is from the Dominican Republic and Haiti. I am a college student studying Biology and decolonial structures specifically around the sexuality , gender, and sex spectrum. I am an international intersex activist that does work promoting awareness and education as well as community/support formation.

- Intersex representation and societal roles in Taino culture and tradition. Social roles for gender variant people in pre-colonial times. The continuation of Taino culture through art (weaving, painting, etc.) Cultural revitalization.
