Otherwise, in more general terms, you can find the Carib Community Centre at 7a Paul Mitchell Street in Arima, behind the Santa Rosa cemetery on King St. In terms of where they might stand, the organised Carib Community tends to vote solidly with the PNM.

Then there was a suggestion of allowing Trinidadians to self-identify as Carib, indigenous, etc., on the next census, with some pressure from the UN...and not another word has been heard from the government. Perhaps the politicians think the society is easier to "manage" if they can sort people out as either African or Indian?
